A Married Couple Becomes Upset About Their Unhealthy Drinking And Speculates Whether They Exhibit Any Signs Of Alcohol Addiction

Lenny and Angie have been married for nine years. They wanted to have some fun and excitement before they made up their minds to have a family and so they with forethought established a very active social life.

The principal difficulty, it needs to be stressed, is that almost everything they do for excitement includes drinking. As an illustration, all of the parties with friends, dinner engagements, happy hours, sporting events, and family get-togethers they attend somehow involve drinking.

In addition, Angie has been getting a lot of headaches and going through agonizing hangovers because of her drinking. Finally, Angie has been feeling notably less energetic when she gets up in the morning, she has been getting to work late at least once per week, and she has been receiving some strong criticism from her relatives, friends, family members, and coworkers about her hazardous and careless drinking.

One Sunday evening while watching TV, Angie and Lenny stumbled upon an attention-grabbing documentary about alcohol facts and alcoholism facts in general and about the signs of alcoholism in particular. This television program was a real bombshell to Angie and Lenny because quite a few of the alcohol facts that were discussed looked like they were directly related to quite a few of the alcohol related drinking problems Lenny and Angie had been suffering through.

After they promised one another that they would do whatever it takes to deal with the alcohol-related issues that had become apparent in their lives, they truly had the most refreshing night's sleep they could recollect in the last three weeks.
